Which AI assistants do you test?
Gemini (with Google Search, which also powers Google's AI Overviews), ChatGPT and Claude. Where the assistant offers web search we use it, like the apps do, and the report says which ones answered with web search.
How is the score calculated?
Three parts: whether AI can reach your website (25 points), whether it can understand your products and policies (35), and what AI actually says when people ask (40). Each check's points are shown in the full report.
Does it work on any website?
Yes, on any website or online store. On Shopify it also checks your product feed, and the fixes come with steps in your Shopify admin.
Will it change anything on my website?
No. The check only reads public pages, the same way a search engine or AI crawler would. It never needs your login.
Why might my results change between checks?
